At Soul Spa Wellness Center, we are committed to providing exceptional care and personalized treatments. Due to the nature of our services, we have established the following cancellation, refund, and product return policy.
Spa & MedSpa Services
All appointments require advance scheduling.
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the service deposit.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid delaying other scheduled appointments. Full service fees will still apply.
Refund Policy
All spa and medical aesthetic services are non-refundable once performed.
Treatment results vary from person to person based on individual skin type, health conditions, and adherence to post-treatment instructions. For this reason, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or issue refunds based on treatment results.
If you have concerns regarding your treatment, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so our team can evaluate your case and determine an appropriate solution.
Products
Unused, unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unopened and unused.
- Product must be in its original packaging.
- Original proof of purchase is required.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used skincare products.
- Prescription products.
- Personalized or special-order items.
- Gift cards.
- Promotional or clearance items.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at info@soulspawellnesscenter.com. We will gladly evaluate the product and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit.
Memberships & Packages
Membership fees, treatment packages, prepaid services, and promotional packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise required by law.
Unused services included in a package remain valid according to the expiration date specified at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
